With volunteering at We Day, exams and my neck giving me all sorts of troubles, this past week has been crazy! On top of everything, last Monday, October 19, I started a Vegan Month. And let me say it… I have now gone 10 days without chocolate and it is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. I ate very little meat before this month so the transition in general hasn’t been much different; eggs, chicken and salmon are the only real change, other than my transition to almond milk which I love! And chocolate… Still, I’m loving this new lifestyle and the fun recipes that it brings.
